Quality and Standards Officer

St Mary's University, Twickenham - Registry

The Registry department at St Mary’s University wants to appoint a suitable candidate to support and oversee aspects of the quality and standards function of Registry. Located in the Quality and Standards Office, the role will include the administration of validation and review processes, programme annual monitoring, collaborative provision monitoring, and module modifications.

Qualified to degree level, you will have experience of working in the higher education sector and operating within a quality and/or standards framework. You will have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and be able to act with tact and discretion. You will have the ability to work under pressure, taking a methodical approach with an excellent eye for detail.  You will have excellent planning and organisational skills. Ideally, you will have experience of committee servicing and a working knowledge of the UK Quality Code.
