The Faculty of Health and Life Sciences is comprised of four Schools who deliver a high quality accredited courses and world class research. We have a firmly international outlook which is further under-pinned by our investment in areas that are critical to contemporary health and social care academia. One such example of this is the recent opening of the Leicester Academy for the Study of Ageing (LASA) which brings together health, academic and charitable organisations to provide a renewed focus upon this important area of study.
