Administrative Assistant

University of Salford - School of the Built Environment

Reporting to the School Operations Manager, the role-holder will provide administrative support to the SOM and other School Executive members and will support the administrative processes relating to the operation of the School. In order to deliver the challenges of this role the role-holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative, outstanding time management and organisational skills, the ability to offer a confidential, first-class customer service with excellent interpersonal skills and be an integral member of the team.

The role-holder will be required to deputise for the PA to Dean of School in their absence.
