This post offers an excellent opportunity to support a team of leading academics in developing research, knowledge transfer and enterprise across the University.

The post holder will be expected to take a proactive and creative approach to working with academics to provide expert advice in identifying opportunities for external research funding (including European funds) and give advice and support in pursuing these opportunities. The successful candidate will also be expected to collect, collate and provide research data and management information for a variety of purposes and will administer both the University’s postgraduate research degree training and staff development programmes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of identifying and exploiting research opportunities, together with experience in supporting research grant administration and research bid writing.
