The Department of Computer Science at the University of Warwick is one of the leading Computer Science departments in the UK. The Department was ranked 2nd in the UK in the 2014 research assessment exercise, and is a founding partner in the Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s national data science institute.
The Department wishes to appoint an outstanding academic who will provide research leadership, teaching and administrative support in the Department. The appointee will enhance the Department’s reputation both nationally and internationally, and play a leading role in shaping the development and direction of research in a Department seeing significant research growth.
You will possess a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline and be able to demonstrate research excellence through funded research and an excellent publication record. We welcome candidates with interdisciplinary interests and with industrial research experience.
