0.5 Facilities Administrator - Maternity Cover

We require an Administrator to support our Facilities Department.  You will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Facilities Team and providing an effective and efficient administrative service for the Facilities projects. You will provide secretarial support to the Facilities Team including minute meetings, diary management, track project expenditure including planned maintenance work where required.  

Previous experience of working within a busy office environment and excellent time management skills are essential. An understanding of Facilities and budget monitoring would be advantageous.
