Providing an exceptional reception service to all visitors to the Centre of Lifelong Learning, you will have a keen interest in delivering a responsive service and be an experienced problem solver enabling quick resolutions to issues as they appear. You will give directions, inform colleagues of visitor arrivals and be the first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries to the Centre. Using your knowledge of the diverse courses in CLL, you will advise enquirers on the opportunities available, re-directing them appropriately when they need more detailed information or academic advice.

Ensuring that you are kept informed of all activities at the Centre, you will be responsible for keeping colleagues and students up to date with key information and upcoming events, advising on their location. 

You will provide Programme Assistant support across a variety of courses, using your organisational skills to process applications and registrations for courses, update and maintain spreadsheets and student records (SITS); Inputting accurate data for the admissions, induction and enrolment processes using your excellent attention to detail. You will provide support to the Course Directors, Academic Administrator and Assistant Academic Administrator in the administration of the courses and any other programme-related activities as appropriate.
