The IAM Team in ICT at Imperial College is seeking to recruit a new technical analyst to implement and operate IAM technologies and to provide third line support to the Department and College users. The job specification lists desirable qualifications, but what we are really looking for is someone who:
- Has a complete understanding of the importance of managing identity in a large enterprise
- Has a constant eye to the future with the ability to drive innovation and ensure that the service is always ahead of requirements
- Wants to lead a very able team, facilitating the ebb and flow of ideas to build solutions of which the whole team is proud and will support
- Understands (and has the discipline to ensure) that the baseline service in a large organisation must be ruthlessly standardised, but has the flair to offer innovative bespoking for the more esoteric requirements of our specialised user community
We are more interested in your attitude and aptitude than your skills and knowledge.
Committed to equality and valuing diversity. We are also an Athena SWAN Silver Award winner, a Stonewall Diversity Champion, a Disability Confident Employer and are working in partnership with GIRES to promote respect for trans people.
Closing Date: 14th December 2016 (midnight GMT)
