Contract Type: Fixed-term for 2 years (24 months)

Salary: Grade 5

£21,220 to £24,565 per annum, depending on experience

Students are at the heart of our University, and the systems and processes which help us to support and interact with students are vital in making sure that the University provides an outstanding student experience, from initial enquiry through to graduation. The Student Systems Project was established to develop a future vision for the student lifecycle, and to manage the resulting development.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Project Co-ordinator to be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of the Project Office which, at its peak will house 50 staff and suppliers. This post provides an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the operations of the Project Office.

It is anticipated that the individual taking up this post will have experience of administrative / clerical work in a challenging, complex environment, and be able to set up new procedures for the project team to follow, whilst also following University Financial regulations and HR guidelines.
