Research Associate - Cognitive Health

As part of our recently awarded MRC and ESRC Global Challenges Research Fund Foundation Award, we are looking to appoint a motivated and dynamic postdoctoral scientist for nine months (to start as soon as possible) on our project testing new tablet-based online cognitive tests as early diagnostic markers of dementia. Helping deliver the first part of the award, the applicant will work with a software developer to add cognitive tasks into our Cardiff Web-Tools for Cognitive Health research platform, pilot and test the reliability of data collected in healthy participants using these tests and help support a collaboration involving data collection with researchers at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). The appointed researcher will also be required to visit partner Institutions, including supporting development work for future data collection in China and Cuba.
This is a full-time position, fixed-term for 9 months.
