About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Adviser with exceptional customer service skills and a keen interest in technology. You will be advising on enquiries relating to our services which include server certificate, federated identity and domain registry related questions. Full training on our services will be provided.

You’ll spend your day speaking with a wide range of internal stakeholders and end users including: representatives at all levels from Higher and Further Education organisations, Skills, Research Councils, local authorities, government departments, and commercial organisations.

About you

This role would suit someone with excellent customer service skills, looking to start a career in IT.

You’ll need experience working in an office based customer service role. It is essential you have great communication skills. It would be an advantage if you had an IT related qualification.
