Keele Management School (KMS) is seeking to appoint an outstanding academic who will take a leading role in the direction and management of research, enterprise and public engagement activities in the Management School.  They will be expected to have a substantial profile and reputation in their specialism both nationally and internationally and be able to make a significant contribution to leadership within their subject area.

For applications in the area of Organisational Behaviour we are looking for applicants with a critical focus upon people, management processes and behaviour in organisations. We would particularly welcome interest from those who take an international or cross-cultural outlook in their research and teaching approach.

For applications in the area of Human Resource Management we would particularly welcome applicants with an interest in the UK public sector, migration and discrimination at work or international employment relations.  Experience of teaching part-time post experience students would be highly desirable.

For applications in the area of Innovation and Enterprise we would welcome applicants with experience in the area of early stage start-ups or, in either technology based innovation or, services based innovation.
