We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and positive Careers Adviser for Researchers to join our team, with specific responsibility to support Graduate and Postdoctoral researchers. The successful candidate will hold a research degree in any discipline, have postdoctoral research experience, bring substantial employment experience in a relevant sector for all our clients, and have appropriate experience in graduate recruitment, careers advice or a similar discipline (e.g. management training and development).

The Careers Service at Oxford University is one of the more innovative and engaged such services in the UK. Our mission is to provide and involve all of our clients in a range of high value career-focused services, programmes and activities to encourage and enable them to make and implement well-informed decisions about their careers. We serve current Oxford students (23,000 undergraduates and postgraduates), 4,500 research staff, an international community of 250,000 alumni, and 12,000 employers and other opportunity providers.
