Course Administrator

University of Portsmouth - Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Education and Childhood Studies

Interview date: 08 August 2017.

The successful candidate will require experience in course administration and have excellent interpersonal and IT skills, along with attention to detail, thrive on working in a busy office environment and enjoy providing a service to others.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive support service in relation to student administration to include preparation and dissemination of all course documentation, student registration, examinations, quality assurance and minute taking.

In addition to using corporate information systems where appropriate training will be provided, the post holder will also deal with collaborative partners and colleges.

Hours of work:  Monday to Friday inclusive, 9.00am – 3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
