Lecturer in Human Resources Management

Buckinghamshire New University

We are looking for a full-time Lecturer in the fields of Human Resource Management and leadership & management, to teach and support students by adopting a learner-centred approach and being committed to contributing towards delivery of a first-class student experience. You will be contributing towards curriculum development, research and other forms of scholarly activity.

Bucks New University focuses on degrees that are professional and practical, as well as academic. Consequently, our lecturers need the balance of both experience in teaching but also professional expertise.

Successful candidates for this role will ideally be CIPD qualified, have a Postgraduate qualification and substantial professional experience in HRM, leadership and change management. In addition you will have experience of teaching within the HEI sector. You will be able to teach at both undergraduate and post-graduate level and be committed to improving the student experience.
