This role is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave for the Senior Internal Auditor and is available from mid-October 2017.


Working within the Internal Audit team and reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, the role holder will help to promote and support City's improvement and efficiency by evaluating processes and procedures, developing recommendations and negotiating acceptance of these with our clients. The role holder will be confident working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.

Person Specification

The role holder will have experience of working within internal audit in either the Higher Education or Not for Profit sectors, along with the ability to work effectively whilst under pressure. Excellent IT skills, numeracy, written and verbal communication and a flexible approach to work are essential prerequisites for this diverse role.
