As part of a large interdisciplinary programme funded by the Wellcome Trust, this is an exciting opportunity for a postdoctoral scientist to develop and test behavioural interventions to decrease the consumption of meat and dairy products, including research in partnership with supermarkets. You will be working in the Health Behaviours team, led by Professors Susan Jebb and Paul Aveyard and collaborating with colleagues across the university.

Applicants must hold a PhD or be within 1 month of submitting. You should have strong training in behavioural science and experience in the conduct of applied research studies. The programme includes a strong commitment to public engagement in research and some prior experience is essential.

The post is available full-time for 4 years. Part-time working or job share may be possible.

The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Thursday 31 August and we expect to hold interviews on Tuesday 12 September 2017.
