Lancaster University - History

The Department of History wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Digital Humanities who will play a leading role in developing Lancaster’s Digital Humanities Hub. The Department will consider candidates from a range of disciplinary backgrounds.

You will be expected to show you are likely to attract external grant income at an early stage in your career and be able to demonstrate how your research and teaching expertise will be of value in a Department of History. The Department is particularly interested in applications from individuals able to work with colleagues in applying digital methodologies in a range of research areas relevant to the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and beyond.
