We are looking to recruit someone who can lead careers guidance and coaching for our Masters in Management (MiM) students.

The Role

Guide the Corporate Leaders of Tomorrow

As the Career Lead for our MiM course, you’ll use your knowledge, insight and skills to motivate and equip students with the confidence and tools to secure a post-graduation role commensurate with their skills, abilities and interests. This will include:

  • Designing a world-class skills programme that aligns our students with the market
    • Coaching and supporting students in one-to-one or group sessions
    • Analysing the labour market and producing intelligence based on your findings
    • Identifying a stream of new recruitment and networking opportunities
    • Engaging with high-profile organisations to understand their talent needs
    • Collaborating with and assisting programme leads on other courses

Who We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrable understanding of the early careers labour market
    • Experience of working with and coaching early careers students
    • An understanding of how business schools operate and why students attend them
    • Experience with CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, VLE and social media
