HR Business Partner (fixed-term, maternity cover)

As HR Business Partner, you will work as part of a busy and experienced HR team, in delivering a high-quality service to our Schools and Professional Services.  Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, you will work in partnership with senior colleagues in your designated areas to address and shape strategic business issues.  A confident, dynamic business partner with a positive outlook, you will have a strong team ethos and be able to work collaboratively with others, applying creative, customer focused solutions to complex people management issues.

You will lead the effective delivery of a range of professional HR services, including recruitment and promoting a customer focused, continuous improvement culture.  As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you will also play a key role in the development and implementation of our People Strategy.

You will be a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a thorough knowledge of employment law and a track record of successfully supporting transformation and change.
