We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Chef, to join us at our state of the art Central kitchen on campus. Unlike many catering operations this is a Monday to Friday operation, preparing and cooking food till 3.30pm every day. So if you’re fed up of working weekends or split shifts, this job could give you the work-life balance you’re looking for.

You will:

  • Be self-motivated.
  • Have knowledge and experience in the food industry.
  • Be passionate, enthusiastic and energetic.
  • Desire to embrace change and motivate staff to achieve results.
  • Adaptable and able to work flexibly.
  • Intermediate Qualification in Food Safety.
  • Knowledge of food production and food service operations.
  • Ingredient and provisions knowledge.
  • Experience of leading a team.
  • Ability to cope with varying workloads whilst remaining calm and focused.
  • Have great communication skills.
