Lecturer in English Literature - Grade 7

We are seeking to appoint a lecturer in English Literature, to contribute to a range of teaching in areas relevant to the Department’s current undergraduate and postgraduate provision. Applications are welcome from those with teaching and research specialisms in one or more of the following areas: creative writing; twentieth-century and contemporary women’s writing; British, Irish and American poetry. An ability to offer teaching widely in the department would be an advantage. You should have a PhD, a record of significant research and/or creative publications and will be expected to make a substantial and sustained contribution to the internationally excellent profile of the department. You will be required to contribute to teaching at all levels of our degree provision. The post is available until 31 August 2018.
