Salary: £28452 to £32004 per annum with USS benefits

The normal expectation is that the successful applicant will be appointed to the minimum of the agreed scale with annual increments on 1 October each year (subject to completing six months service).

This is a fixed term post for 1 year.

The College is currently pursuing an exciting and innovative strategy of expanding its multi professional programme provision. As part of this the College has a well-established and successfully validated undergraduate MOst programme, which continues to attract increasing numbers of students. This programme, the only one of its kind in Wales provides a platform for innovative Osteopathic teaching and research, and we are now looking to add to our dynamic osteopathic team by the appointment of a suitably qualified candidate with academic potential and interest in Osteopathy to develop their career.

You must have a qualification in Osteopathy that provides eligibility of registration with the General Osteopathy Council (GOsC). Possession of a Post graduate qualification in Osteopathy or related field is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be given support to further their academic and professional development.

To support the delivery of its top 20 ambition Swansea University is seeking to appoint a number Tutors to teach in the College of Human and Health Sciences

This post requires a contribution to teaching and student assessment and supervision in Osteopathy, at undergraduate level, but also across the College where required, in addition to sharing organisational and academic administrative responsibilities.

The post requires high quality delivery of teaching and student learning and a commitment to enhancing the overall student experience.
