We have a vacancy for a Learning Development Adviser (0.5) to join our team in the Leicester Learning Institute. We are looking for someone with proven experience in successful student learning development and student engagement to join our existing team. All our work promotes effective practices that use the potential of digital technologies to enhance the student learning experience.

The role supports strategic initiatives to offer a high quality education to our students, and to involve students in partnership activities with staff, including peer-assisted learning. Retention and transition are a current focus for our work and we are developing curricula-level learning development practices and innovations, whilst also maintaining provision of individual study consultations, resources, and workshops for students. Our aim is that students’ learning development is fully embedded and integrated into mainstream learning and teaching and course design practices.
