Applicants must be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and have GCSE English Language at grade C or above (or equivalent). They must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as possessing substantial administrative experience, preferably in the Higher Education or Further Education sector.

We particularly welcome applications from black and minority ethnic candidates as they are under-represented within UCL at this level.

This position does not meet the resident labour market test under UK Visas and Immigration rules and therefore UCL would be unable to obtain the right to work for non-EEA nationals whose employment would require a Tier 2 visa.
