The Department of Sports Development and Recreation at the University of Bath manages and organises a range of activities under the University’s sports brand - Team Bath. The Physiotherapy and Sports Science Centre provides Sports Science and Medicine services to students, athletes, and members of the public. We are passionate about delivering high quality and safe care to all our customers, we actively promote a multi-disciplinary model where all staff works closely together.

This is an exciting part-time opportunity, working 14 hours per week, in our Physiotherapy and Sports Science Centre for someone with previous reception experience who has worked in doctor’s surgery, dental practice, hospital environment or a sports centre.

We are looking for a receptionist with excellent communication skills, IT skills, and someone who can work in a team. Working hours include evenings, weekends and cover for staff holidays and sickness, so flexibility is required, and you must also have a positive attitude and respect for our customers, staff and colleagues.

A key part of this important role will be contributing to the administration procedures, including the arrangement of monthly invoices, stock control and the organisation and booking of appointments and diary management.
