Role summary
The Natural History Museum is one of the world’s leading museums, internationally recognised for its dual role as a centre of excellence in scientific research and as a leader in the presentation of natural history through exhibitions, public programmes, publications and digital media.

Working within Technology Solutions this role will work with stakeholders to identify, capture and analyse requirements for the Customer Relationship Management system and other digital systems.

This role demands a strong communicator comfortable working across multiple levels to engage and inform stakeholders effectively, and to bring an organised and methodical approach to system functional design, configuration and testing.

The Analyst is expected to contribute to a continual improvement programme working in a formal project environment using Prince 2 and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of business analysis techniques and process mapping is essential, as well as previous experience working with CRM systems.
