Prostate Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic Patient Research and Policy Coordinator to take forward the charity’s Prostate Patient Needs Research Project. Based in Edinburgh the role also involves researching into the needs, treatments and services requirements of men with prostate cancer and disease, to liaise with prostate patients and groups and develop policy responses and solutions to the key issues identified.

Prostate Scotland is a small dynamic, award winning charity working on prostate cancer and disease in Scotland. The post-holder will be expected to have experience of research and using social research techniques; experience of drafting training materials; giving presentations and working with individuals and groups of individuals. The post is available on a 12 month fixed term contract on a salary of £26,000 pro rata for four days per week/27 hours per week (£21,000). (Some flexibility of hours is possible).
