The salary will be paid at Grade 5, £27,629 to £32,004 per annum, plus £2,623 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be Fixed-Term Contract for 9 months

This is a Full-time – 100% full time equivalent

We are building a flexible, dynamic and innovative library service to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our large group of diverse library users. The post holder will assist the Business Support Manager in delivering efficient centralised financial and administrative services across the department, and help coordinate a wide range of management information required to support the delivery and development of our services.

Candidates should be appropriately qualified, be able to demonstrate advanced IT literacy, possess excellent data handling, analysis and reporting skills, and be a highly effective communicator. The candidate should have a strong commitment to high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. The home library for this post will be the Maughan Library at Chancery Lane; however cross-service working will be an integral part of the role.

The selection process will include an MS Excel-based assessment, and competency-based questions in a panel interview.
