Senior Lecturer Global Banking School (4 Year Fixed Term Contract)

Bucks New University’s Business School is offering an exciting opportunity for a full time Senior Lecturer to our professional team, to teach and support students by adopting a learner-centred approach and be committed to contributing towards delivery of a first-class student experience at our partner institution, Global Banking School.

This post is required to provide management, oversight and pedagogical support to Global Banking School in its provision of partner programmes with the University. The Senior Lecturer, appointed by the Bucks Business School (BBS), will report to a BBS Principal Lecturer and is to have responsibility for Bucks’ oversight of admissions, study skills support, learning and teaching practice, monitoring and support of student engagement, checking and supporting improvements in assessment and marking and supporting the quality of provision in all areas. This role requires 4 days/week attendance at GBS campus in London and 1 day/week at Bucks’ main High Wycombe Campus.

Successful candidates will hold a first and postgraduate degree in a relevant field and hold a recognised HE teaching qualification or willingness to undertake one. Ideally you will have a proven track record in teaching core competencies of Business and Management and proven experience of working effectively within teams.
