Finance Operations Assistant (FTC - 15 months)

Contract Type:  Full Time, Fixed Term (15 months)

Reporting to the Finance Operations Officer, the post holder will provide a high quality finance service to the allocated operational areas providing transactional processing in accordance with University policies and procedures. He/she must be able to resolve queries and organise his/her own work. The post holder will be expected to move between Operational Areas as required.

The Finance Operations Assistant will join the Operations team within the Finance Department. The post holder will liaise principally with Operations Finance staff and HR/Payroll. The post holder will also have regular contact with students, alumni, College Council members and other external customers within the defined Operational Areas.
