Teaching Administrator/Department Secretary

University College London - Department Epidemiology and Public Health

This one year fixed term post is to work alongside another colleague on a job share basis, this post support a range of administrative functions in the Research Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, to include the support the development and delivery of the MSc/Diploma in Health and Society; Social Epidemiology, the Health and Society Summer School on Social Determinants of Health and assisting the Institute Deputy Manager with a diverse range of administrative duties.

This post is fixed term job share until 14th September 2018.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a university environment and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.

They must possess the full range of IT skills, including webpage management and Moodle, and be open to learning the use of new systems. They will have already serviced university committees and preferably have some experience of examinations administration.
