We are looking to appoint a professional and organised individual to join the School’s External Relations and Alumni team. Reporting to the External Relations and Alumni Manager and working as part of the team, you will be responsible for organising and delivering Management School Alumni events and activities, developing and implementing the annual Alumni Communications plan and together with the External Relations Manager, developing and implementing the Alumni Strategy.

You will be educated to degree level (or have equivalent work experience/qualifications) and have a relevant qualification and experience in Marketing or Communications, ideally a CIM diploma. Excellent IT skills and experience of data management are essential as are digital skills and experience of creating visual content for web and social media. You will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.

This post is full-time and fixed-term for 13 months.
