Starting Salary from £18,412 - £20,624 per annum with further progression opportunities to £22,494

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Service Desk Co-ordinator to join our Estates team. We are a highly focused team responsible for the daily maintenance and service of the university whilst managing the development of exciting new academic buildings in line with the BU2018 vision.

Working within the Estates team, the successful candidate will support the Estates Service Desk function, which includes processing requests and following up queries on behalf of the Facilities Management teams and providing Room Booking services for staff and students.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving in this varied customer facing role.  As the BU Estate develops, the day to day requirements of this role will evolve to reflect this challenge.

You will have demonstrable experience in working in a busy customer service role (phone, email or face-to-face) providing first line responses to a wide range of people with different requirements and levels of seniority.
