Royal Museums Greenwich supports high-quality research on its collections and related subjects and invites applications for the following fellowship:

Caird Senior Research Fellowship

Post-doctoral level or equivalent

The fellowship is tenable for one year to support high-quality research on the Museum’s collections or in any field of British naval and maritime history. In 2018 the Museum will be celebrating departure of Cook’s first voyage to the Pacific. We therefore also encourage applications relating to the maritime exploration of the Pacific in the 18th and 19th centuries, in particular those of James Cook.
