A permanent Quality Administrator role has become available in the School of Arts and Social Sciences' Quality team working alongside the Quality Officer and reporting to the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for a number of key quality assurance duties within the School of Arts and Social Sciences. These include the coordination of module evaluation process, collating and tracking feedback return rate data, coordinating External Examiner appointments, reports and responses and assisting the Quality Manager and Quality Officer with data and statistics in preparation for; Annual Programme Evaluation, and Periodic Review activities, and preparing of programme specific information such as Programme Handbooks. The post will involve working with data and Excel in particular.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent written, organisational, analytical and time-management skills. They will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with experience of working with customers face-to-face and on the telephone with a 'customer-centred' approach. Advanced IT skills including MS Excel, Word, e-mail and internet are essential. A working knowledge of SITS and SharePoint is also desirable.
