Job overview:

The University is investing over £250M at our three main campus sites at Frenchay, Glenside and Bower Ashton on new state-of-the-art learning spaces and accommodation between now and 2020. 

We are seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor (Construction/Project Management) to join the Estates Department in Estates and Facilities. You will provide a professional support service to the University for the provision of maintenance, alterations and improvement projects, and support the development of the University estate. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in our M&E, Space Planning and Contract teams.
