Associate Tutor in French

We are looking for suitably qualified individuals to teach French language to undergraduate and postgraduate students who have opted to study French as an extra-curricular course. You will teach accredited and non-accredited courses. You will be expected to give formative and summative feedback to your students. You will be given the course material which you will be expected to complement with your own material.

The posts are offered on a variable hours contract to start in September 2017 and is open ended.

The delivery of teaching will take place between October and the end of June.  Teaching will take place between 5pm and 9pm and possibly Wednesday afternoons as well as intensive day courses in January, and June.
 
Salary: £26.495 - £31,604 per annum, pro rata for hours worked (Grade 5). This equates to £14.51 – £17.31 per hour.  For every teaching contact hour, 0.5 hours preparation, administration and marking is given.
