We are seeking a Property and Estates Solicitor to work in the Legal Team based within the Compliance, Governance and Risk Directorate. This 0.6 post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, to perform an in-house legal role and manage a wide and varied case-load of legal work including property sales and purchases, leases, tenancies, student tenancy agreements, evictions, licensing, planning, public rights of way, and estate management matters. You will work closely with Professional Services colleagues (particularly Estates and Campus Services).

The role requires a solicitor qualification or equivalent as an essential. Experience in advising on property and estate law matters is essential.
