PA to the PVC/Dean

We are looking to recruit an experienced PA to support the PVC/Dean. The PA will have dedicated responsibility for providing a full and varied range of administrative and secretarial support. This will involve extensive, and often complex diary management, creating, formatting and updating spreadsheets, Word documents and Powerpoint presentations and document management. The PA will be the first point of contact for enquirers and will as a Project Officer for a range of working groups and HR projects.      

You will have experience of supporting senior management level staff in a PA/Senior Administrative role in a large, complex setting including diary and office management, taking accurate notes and/or minutes and ensuring that follow up work is recorded and monitored.  You will have good interpersonal and communication skills and will need to be extremely flexible, adapting often at short notice to urgent and unplanned requests.  You will be comfortable with ever changing priorities whilst displaying a receptive and approachable attitude at all times, even when under pressure.
