Grade 8 (Lecturer)
£39,992 - £47,222 per annum. Potential to progress to £53,691 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution

Grade 9 (Senior Lecturer)
£50,618 - £56,950 per annum. Potential to progress to £65,997 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.

This is your chance to join Sheffield University Management School at a crucial stage in our evolution as we have an opportunity for someone to join us who can deliver excellent research and teaching within the field of Strategy with a focus on International Business as a core discipline at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We are interested in any research focus within the Strategy of International Business but are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in Multinational Enterprise or international aspects of Corporate Strategy. If appointed as a Senior Lecturer, you will also be expected to conduct personal research of an international standard, which includes identifying literature and updating own knowledge, assessing the validity of the relevant literature and its contribution to the development of your own field

You will hold a PhD in a relevant area (or equivalent qualifications/experience), will have teaching experience, evidence of the ability to produce high quality research publications and preferably have experience of working in a research project team. In addition, as a Senior Lecturer you will also be expected to have experience of grant capture and management, as well as project management and a well-established personal reputation and professional standing.
