Our Award winning Estates and Facilities Team now require two enthusiastic Administrative Assistants to join its small but very busy Admin Team in delivering efficient and high quality administrative support to our Property Services and Support Services Teams respectively.

The successful applicants should possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, MS Office suite and Sharepoint experience.  Experience of working in a pressurised service environment supporting busy facilities professionals is essential, along with first class customer service and organisational skills.   A good general education including GCSE’s in English and Mathematics is required along with an ECDL or equivalent qualification.
