This post represents an exciting opportunity to join our Chaplaincy team and to become the Muslim Chaplain for the Keele Campus community. You’ll be confident to engage in theological debate and will be a key point of contact, providing pastoral support to students of all faiths. You’ll be able to support and encourage equal participation from all Muslim denominations in our diverse University community.

As a committed, practising Muslim, with a Degree in any subject and highly versed in the Islamic faith and Islamic theology, you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all denominations of Islam and other faiths. You’ll have experience of providing pastoral support and of working in a Chaplaincy team in a Higher Education or similar environment.

This appointment is subject to an enhanced level disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
