Attendance Monitoring and Scheduling Assistant

The School of Human and Health Sciences is looking to recruit a full-time Attendance Monitoring and Scheduling Assistant to work within the School’s Data and Information Section.

The post involves three key areas:

  • To assist with the creation and maintenance of the School’s teaching timetable, perform room bookings, and deal with timetabling queries from students;
  • To provide a full and responsive student support service in support of the processes and procedures associated with attendance monitoring which will involve meeting with students, and ensuring support is put in place to maximise student attendance, attainment and retention;
  • To assist in ensuring that the School’s buildings and teaching rooms are properly maintained and the utilisation of such is maximised.
