Nottingham Business School (NBS) is the largest of Nottingham Trent University’s nine faculties and one of the fastest growing Business Schools in the UK and is AACSB accredited. As the University’s primary provider of programmes and degree awards in business-related subjects, it operates with over 5,000 students and 200 members of faculty. As part of our commitment to offer personalized development opportunities to our students, we are seeking to recruit a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Personalisation for our full-time postgraduate programmes. You will manage the personalisation initiative for postgraduate students in NBS by identifying and managing leadership and employability development opportunities and coordinating coaching and mentoring opportunities for MBA and MSc students. You will also support graduate personal development and employment opportunities through the development of NBS postgraduate alumni networks.

Educated to postgraduate level, you must have significant relevant experience of providing mentoring and personal / leadership development opportunities to graduate-level students and knowledge of relevant leadership development theory. An excellent communicator with the ability to manage complex projects, you will possess the ability to work across the University to identify sources of expertise and support. Knowledge and experience of working with MBA students would be an advantage.
