The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Staff Immigration Team with a particular focus on maintaining compliant records for sponsored migrants; making reports to the Home Office; maintaining the website and organising training courses.

You will have experience of managing administrative processes, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret, apply and communicate regulations and procedures. Microsoft Office skills are essential along with strong customer service, and communication skills. The post would suit a motivated individual with an interest in developing their career in the immigration field. This is a full-time permanent position.
