Personal Assistant to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor International and the Director of Strategic Projects & Chief of Staff

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to work in the Vice-Chancellor’s office. This is a new position providing high level support to a Pro-Vice-Chancellor (supporting the international portfolio in the first instance) and the Director of Strategic Projects & Chief of Staff. You will work as a member of an existing team based in a high profile progressive environment and this role will be offered as a full-time, indefinite position to the candidate that meets our expectations – could you be the person we are looking for?

You will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant; they will be enthusiastic and pro-active with the ability to manage multiple complex diaries whilst undertaking other administrative duties. We are looking for someone to be part of an established team whilst working independently and possessing the necessary IT skills.

This role works closely with senior colleagues across the University as well as key national stakeholders giving you the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and networks.
