As Student Services Manager you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of all operational aspects of our student support services. You’ll also identify, plan and implement opportunities for improvement of existing mechanisms, developing solutions and implementing approved changes.

Working closely with senior management and academics, you’ll ensure that students are well supported, providing high quality, timely information and responding to queries in a professional but approachable manner. You’ll manage the admissions and welfare teams, overseeing all student support activities, including educational initiatives and the development and review of support mechanisms, policies and processes to improve student experience.

You must be educated to degree Level or equivalent, with a strong awareness of current affairs in the global higher education sector, and excellent managerial and communication skills.

You’ll be based in the Faculty Education Office, supporting academics and clinicians to deliver an outstanding medical and biosciences education. We coordinate the student journey from admission to graduation, providing first-line services to students, supporting strategy and policy development, financial management, communications, governance and quality.
