Executive Support Administrator

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Executive support team, delivering high quality and professional administrative support to the School of Psychology & Clinical Language Sciences.
The role is focused on professional administration and support tasks with a key focus on delivering excellent levels of service and playing a key role in delivering support to the School.

The role holder will support Charlie Waller Institute admissions and provide administration support to the Speech & Language Therapy adult clinic. The post holder currently provides committee support to the University of Reading Malaysia – Psychology Programme Board and SPCLS Health & Safety committee as well as supporting senior academic colleagues.

You will have:

  • Proven administrative and problem solving skills in complex working environment.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with staff, students and professionals, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently, proactively seeking support and solutions, and as part of a wider team.
