The department aims to create and maintain a high-quality, accurate set of information on each student that can be used to effectively manage their application, initial and subsequent enrolments, assessment outcomes, progression and conferral of awards throughout their studies.

About The Post

The Student Records and Assessment team within Academic Services is a key administrative support team for processes that cover the student lifecycle from enrolment through to graduation. We are seeking to recruit an Assistant within the Student Records and Assessment Team.

Reporting to the Managers you will support the provision of a range of records and assessment processes including the processes of enrolment and reenrolment through both face to face and online interfaces as well as the administration of university examinations. Additionally you will support and maintain the accuracy and completeness of information held on the University student records system. (SITS)

You should have experience in HE administration and proficient in entering and maintaining data with an eye for detail and accuracy. Additionally you should be highly organised, excellent IT skills, customer focussed, ability to work flexibly and a can do attitude.
